Welcome to Butlins Wi-Fi. If you need help getting online, you’re in the right place!
Simply follow the steps below to get started!
1. Connect to Butlins Wi-Fi a pop up should bring you Here.
2. Click Get Online!
3. A success message will show your device is connected to the internet.
That’s it, no user account or personal details required to use the service.
If the connection looks like it’s working but it doesn’t appear you are online you may need to disable the Randomised MAC/ Private Wi-Fi Address. To avoid this, follow these simple steps to turn off the setting follow these steps and, then add your devices MAC address manually on the Landing Page:
Apple
1. Go to Settings, then click Wi-Fi.
2. Connect to Butlins Wi-Fi and then tap the (i)
3. Turn off the ‘Private Wi-Fi Address’
4. Copy the 12-digit Wi-Fi Address
5. Connect to Butlins Wi-Fi
6. Go to the Landing Page
7. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click Add Device
8. Enter the Wi-Fi Address and click get device online.
9. The page will show a loading bar and confirm you are connected.
Android (Android 10 and later)
1. Go to Settings, then click Network and then Wi-Fi.
2. Connect to Butlins Wi-Fi and then click the cog to the right of the network name
3. Click Advanced or View More
4. Tap Mac address type and change it to Use Phone/Device/Tablet MAC
5. Copy the 12-digit Wi-Fi Address
6. Connect to Butlins Wi-Fi
7. Go to the Landing Page
8. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click Add Device
9. Enter the Wi-Fi Address and click get device online.
10. The page will show a loading bar and confirm you are connected.
Google Pixel
1. Go to Settings, then click Network and then Wi-Fi.
2. Connect to Butlins Wi-Fi and then click the cog to the right of the network name or Hold down on the network name and select Modify
3. Click Privacy
4. Change the setting Use Randomised MAC to Use Device MAC
5. Copy the 12-digit Wi-Fi Address
6. Connect to Butlins Wi-Fi
7. Go to the Landing Page
8. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click Add Device
9. Enter the Wi-Fi Address and click get device online.
10. The page will show a loading bar and confirm you are connected.
